We went to my parents for Thanksgiving this year and we had such a great time. The kids did so great on our 8 hour car drive there that Bert and I are thinking about attempting the 1o hour drive to Bert's parents for Christmas! Bert got up at 5am every morning to go hunting and he was rewarded by shooting a buck!! We rode the gator, baked cookies with Mimi and played with the cousins till we were pooped. The last day, my parents had a petting zoo come out for the kids. Ellie and Roman could have ridden the ponies the whole time. Will was more focused on the big red truck and trailer. They had pygmy sheep, cows, goats, and bunnies. So so so much fun:) I hope the Kodak gallery works down below so you can see all the fun pictures.
