Let it snow

Today Dallas had the largest one day snowfall in all of Dallas history. As of 9:00 p.m. it has been snowing for 18 hours and DFW airport has accumulated 9.4 inches of snow. Not too bad:) And it's still snowing. *UPDATE* laregest one day total of 11.2 inches. 24 hours total (4:30a.m.- 4:30.a.m.- 12.5 inches). This picture was taken about 8 a.m., so we still had a long day of snow ahead of us. We made two adventures out in the snow today before the power went off and it tried to become as chilly inside our house as it was outside. Praise the Lord the power was only off for about 5 hours and our sweet neighbors came over to check on us and brought us Chick-Fil-A for dinner. After our prayer of thanks for our Chick-Fil-A and that the power would come back on- IT DID!! (about 2 minutes after we prayed) Yay Jesus!!
Little man enjoying the snow from the safety of his stroller.

Playing in the snow. She didn't like walking in the snow covered grass. We would walk through it and she would say "I did it!"- Thanks Dora:)

Ellie and Charlie in front of our little cottage:)

For obvious reasons we do not practice the word snow alot here in Texas, but this morning she stood at the front door and kept saying "snow, snow' and then "touch, touch" which means- I want to go outside and play in the snow, which we did- even Will and Charlie. To my surprise, Charlie, against her Boxer nature, LOVED the snow. In this video, Ellie says "snow, that's cold" and then she becomes concerned with Charlie running off and you hear her chasing her down saying "Oh no Carlie (Charlie)".
