Bert thinks he's going to be a jockey...

Will had his 6 month check up yesterday and he is doing great. He had a bit of a cold, but big sister is getting over one, so I am not surprised.
Weight: 13 lbs. 10 oz. (5%)
Height: 25 1/2 '' (25%)
Head Circumference 16 1/2" (20%)
It's kind of funny because when we are out and I see little ones that I think look about Will's age and I ask their moms how old they are, they are like 3 months old. He is a little thing, but he is so active. He wants to be on the ground on his stomach pushing up to all fours and rocking back and forth. We are to that stage where I leave the room and come back and somehow he has moved about 4 feet. They have a way of getting places even though they are not quite crawling yet. The other day Will was sitting up on all fours and Ellie thought it would be a good idea to saddle up to him and take him for a ride. We didn't quite get that far, but I could see in her sparkling little eyes that she thought it was worth a chance:)
Breakfast time. One of the great things about nursing is that you don't necessarily have to start rice cereal as early (at least that's what my doctor said). This is good, because I do not like having to deal with rice cereal. However, we did start on Monday and Will did great. He just kind of went with it. I don't know if he did or did not like it, he was just "whatever".
"This does not taste like milk"

"I will just do it myself" I think his sister taught him that one:)

"Can I just chew on the bowl?"

Pretty flowers Bert got me for Valentines Day. Thanks Bert!

  1. He is so Cute!! I do not like dealing with rice cereal either, its like glue, luckily they only eat it for a short period of time :) I would love to see Ellie pony up with Will, that is so funny. Theodore is just now starting to get back at Buck by doing belly flops on him, its payback time. I am so glad you are doing well, and I hope the kids get over their colds. Those flowers are very pretty.
