Week in Review

Last week Bert and I headed to the Atlantis in the Bahamas for an incentive trip with Bert's work. I HATED leaving my babies, but knew they were in the capable hands of Mrs. Bean and Sissy. I am so thankful that I felt at ease being away from my angels, knowing that they had such awesome, loving people taking such good care of them.Mrs. Bean set up a photo shoot and captured these awesome pictures. The outfits were a gift from Mrs. Bean and are so cute:)
The happiest little man in the world. He is seriously this happy all the time. I am obsessed with him.

Mug shot:)

Ellie is so sweet with him. Here she is giving him one of her head kisses.

What an angel!

I am pretty sure I have made this face on a ball field once or twice in my life. Ball in hand, tongue sticking out:)

Looking at the tree. We have a rule of only touching the ornaments with one finger, but she just can't decide which finger she wants to touch it with, so we end up grabbing the whole ornament... Oh well.

Sweet Sissy and the Will man.

Mrs. Bean with double trouble:)
The view from our room at the Atlantis. The weather was great, so warm. The food was really good too. We ate at Mesa Grill and NoBu- two really fun and tasty restaurants.

They even had it decorated for Christmas.

I am terrible at remembering to take pictures of anything but the kids, so this is the only one of Bert and me.
While we were there... Bert got promoted to Regional Manager!! YAY!! This is a huge promotion. The hierarchy for Insight Global goes as follows- recruiter, account manager, sales manager, Director of Operation, Regional Manager, President and then Owners. There are only 6 regional managers- out of about 425 employees. So way to go Bert!!
Will had his 4 month check up today and his stats are..
Weight: 12 lbs 9 oz (even with his diaper on)
Height: 25"
Head Circumference: 16"
He is doing awesome, eating like a champ and such a sweet spirit. Ellie is 20 months now and I see the terrible 2's approaching. We are beginning the tantrums, fall down, roll around, kick and cry tantrums. It's funny because Will just looks at her like, "not this again":)
