Thanksgiving at the Beans

We celebrated Thanksgiving at the Bean's house in Birmingham this year and had so much fun! We got to see a ton of relatives, shop ALOT, and see old friends. Friday, Bert went down to Auburn and met up with some friends while Mrs. Bean, Sissy, the kids and I stayed in Birmingham and shopped. On Saturday, Bert and I got to sneak away for a minute and had dinner with my college roommate Melanie and her boyfriend John. It was so great to sit and relax and enjoy dinner with friends. Thank you Beans for babysitting.
Love this little man!!! Such a trooper! He hardly cried the whole trip (airplane ride included), loved on everyone, and even almost slept through the night!
Will and I watching Elle Belle swing at the park. The park was just down the street from the Bean's house and Ellie soon became very familiar with it. Bert tried to go on a walk and NOT stop at the park. Guess what navigationally gifted child would not have any of that? She did not stop crying until we made a u-turn back towards the park:)

This little munchkin thinks she is a 9 year old in the body of a 19 month old. She is not afraid of anything and wants to do everything by herself.

Me, Bert, Ellie, Mrs. Bean, Will, Mr. Bean and Sissy. (We missed Bert's brother Matt because he is in Guatemala, but we were able to talk to him on Thanksgiving through skype. Technology, what wonders!)

The whole Bean gang there for Thanksgiving. Two of the cousins, Marissa and Annika, stayed at the Bean's house with their dad, Dave. They were invaluable help to me with the kids and super fun to hang out with!
